  4. It's true that in vitro is distinct from in vivo, and you cannot assume what is true in vitro is also the case in vivo. BUT this is exactly where burdens of proof come in, such as the Precautionary Principle. This tells us the burden is on those who tout these vaccines to prove they do not alter DNA permanently. They have not done that. They have no right to assert anything. They don't know yet. They can at most say they don't think so, but there is one in vitro study using mouse cell lines that raises the question.
