  1. What do you think is wrong about what she pointed out? She's saying Ray Epp's suit is not on its face meritless or frivolous. That's true. If he's not an agent provocateur, then he's not, and it is defamation to say he actually is. But were people just expressing the opinion that Epps acted like one? That's protected free speech.
