  1. Constitutional rights are something that cannot be taken away from you, by ANYONE in the government, without amending the Constitution. You have the right to decline to exercise them. You have the right to try to persuade others not to exercise them. The right to use birth control, including forms of birth control that may prevent a zygote from being implanted, falls under that very same analysis. A lot of religions oppose artificial birth control. Some even frown on rhythm. They have a right to advocate for their view, but not to criminalize those who disagree. Well, now the state gets to run your life in one more way, and state means the richer (and more extreme) lobby.

  2. Show me where interracial marriage is. Show me where birth control is. Show me where artistic expression is. Show me where AR-15s are. You could read the dissenting opinion in the case.

  7. That is specious. This was a settled right that was turned back. I've never not had this right. If you disagree with abortion, you have a right to persuade women not to get one.

  9. Can you be serious? Common law exists in very few states. You most certainly do need a license to marry. In some states, it's wise to have a civil ceremony first, in fact, then a religious celebration. Illinois, for one, where it is impossible to establish a common law marriage and hard to prove one if you have established it in another state.

  10. The lawyer has a duty of zealous representation of his client first. His duty to the court is not to offer perjured testimony or faked evidence. Did you go through a bad divorce?

Well, now the state gets to run your life in one more way, and by "state," that almost always means the richer lobby. And you think it's progress! Tell me, were you fooled by the vaccine mandates? How about the Poor Johnny Depp uproar (a First Amendment case)? Or did you want Brian Laundrie's parents to be forced to give up their Fifth Amendment rights, "for Gabby?" How come I saw through all of it -- and ALL of it goes in one direction. You lose rights, and you feel sure ("feel," the operative word) that something else happened. Something good for society. It would be 🤣, but it's not.
