  3. So . . . Over one in five college graduates are not rushing out to get vaccinated. How many of these know the difference between FDA approved and EUA? Offering money, lotteries, etc., makes me pause. Ce n'est pas serieux.

  4. Exactly. They refuse to lift patent protection, which would allow closer study of mRNA technology as well. They refuse to work together with other countries developing conventional vaccines. Immediate vaccination must really be important. (Sarcasm alert) Another example of offloading risk onto the individual.

  7. I know people who to this day refuse flu shots because of the 1976 vaccine debacle. That is frankly ridiculous. Incredibly patronizing attitude toward those who appreciate the significance of a new technology + a new virus. Several countries oppose immediate mass use of mRNA vaccines, many countries offer four conventional choices, or one mRNA and three conventional. Good grief. MRNA could turn out to be a great breakthrough, of course. That doesn't mean the risk is acceptable now.
