  3.  @rorygreen2088  Some of it is true. She openly dated the SF mayor, who was estranged from his wife long before he met Kamala. She then got some very important appointments. Her husband is well-connected also. This is common, actually.

  5. As this segment pointed out, Reade had more corroboration than anyone whose more convenient accusations were conveniently believed. A lot of people have an interest in hushing this up, and at the time, Biden (and many others) had exactly the reputation among young women of being risky to be around. Journalists who covered the Senate during those years laughed about it.

  10. Joe was interested in Miss Reade, who was by any objective measure not particularly qualified to work for a prominent senator, when she looked like that picture. He would not have been interested in hiring someone older, with a better education and more experience -- in other words, Tara Reade as she is now.

The real kicker in this story was that they questioned discrepancies in Reade's academic record when we know for a fact that Biden flatly lied about his own, AND if all the aspersions cast on Reade were true, then we have to ask Joe why he hired her. What, exactly, were her qualifications to work for a prominent senator? Those are highly coveted jobs, no?
