  1. It's not a violation of any criminal law. That said, I HOPE the people whose rights were violated can sue for damages. I doubt it, but hope so.

  2. @d.tremblay6176  In the US at least, civil rights suits for damages, and of course the ballot box, are the only possible remedies. I'm all for it.
