  1. What were they complaining about that struck you as crazy? General public isn't exactly how I would call a high-risk maternity ward. It's not a restaurant or bar.

From what she said, my understanding was that there had been complaints about some of these nurses in regard to patient care. If that's the case, firing is in order. You don't wait for them to show their true character a third time, not in a maternity ward. I'd chalk this one up to one more time we don't care about kids. That looks more plausible.

  4.  @twatts1523  A woman in childbirth is a "customer" now? Oh, excuse me, a birthing person is a customer, and a (hopefully savvy) consumer of birthing resources. Got it. Please don't report me for that mistake.

  5. Well, the problem behind the scenes was that they have had serious problems with maternal mortality -- and a major teaching and research hospital is exactly where high-risk mothers will go to give birth.

  7. Yeah, too bad they didn't just have abortions and not be such a burden. If they worked for Amazon, etc., they could get it subsidized. Say, are the newborn infants horrible patients, too? That's who they're there for.

  12. But it so happens that they were also getting legitimate bad reviews. Looks like they told you who they actually are. Wow, it's really true -- women are being cancelled. Breeders, pregnant people, anything but Mom.
