  5. @zenster1097  They are called "time, place, manner" restrictions, and they do not violate the First Amendment. That is why you can go to certain nightclubs and see people dressed in less than what OP described.

  6. @zenster1097  IOW, it is not "regardless" at all; this was challenged in court and carefully thought through. But more to the point: why do we live in a time when not only ignorance is rewarded, but knowledge reviled? We see it everywhere, starting from the top (see, e.g., the White House, etc.).
