  2.  @Johnbg-e5l  At 8 weeks, it is an embryo. Pregnancy can be detected very early now, and RU486 is safe, effective, and private.

But very early pregnancy isn't a fetus, and the premise of a lot of abortion laws around the world is that you are within your full rights to use RU 486 to abort an embryo, but you must declare a reason to abort a fetus.
