  3. ​ @orionspur The private universities have adopted First Amendment rights and have designated free speech fora by contract. They also have shared governance contracts with their faculty. That's why Professor Jeffrey Sachs, to cite one example among many, is so angry.

  15. CNN did a piece where they said the new law must be fine because Marjorie Taylor Greene opposes it. And their audience laps it right up. The mentality of the kids in my senior year in high school was more mature.
