  2. Defamation isn't First Amendment protected, and if it were, you could not sue over it (you can't sue someone for what they have a right to say, and win . . . You might end up paying their legal bill, actually.). Read Nadine Strossen on that. Romney is too much of a 🤡 to be believed, so he has a good defense.
