This was NOT exculpatory, if true -- and Hunter's report is hardly reliable, he was passing out, his own words. Hunter is a major liability to national security.

God, are you all crazy. This was Hunter's claim: that he passes out in a luxury suite with a Russian escort present. Let's say it's true, though there's no reason to believe anything he says. How is this in his favor? He's a security risk unlike any other in history, literally.

Can you be serious? This was not disculpatory in the least -- and that's if you believe Hunter's words, that he was passed out from drugs in a luxury hotel with a Russian escort. Is there some way this could be in his favor? How big of a national security risk is Hunter, anyway?

@sleazypolar Okay. That is exactly right, and nicely stated. I voted on election day, in person, for LaRiva/Peltier. A protest vote, of course, which is not generally my favorite way to do things, but this time I did. After seeing Leonard Peltier's wonderful lawyer on Democracy Now, Chris Hedges, etc., I was plenty proud.

I still don't get why anyone would think that passing out in hotels in the presence of potential spies is somehow less bad than not passing out in hotels in the presence of potential spies. I'm baffled, I admit it. Maybe I haven't kept up with falling standards?
