  2.  @rodiculous9464  That is not the same. You cannot incite a crime or assist after the fact, but preventing it or interrupting it is not a legal duty unless you did incite it. What Trump did shows how immoral Trump is, but in general, a person is not required to stop a crime. Trump was impeached and acquitted for failing to do his duty as President. That is what you're talking about. It's not a crime.
