Stories like what we just heard sometimes exonerate people, and sometimes FALL APART in a real court. And the person telling the story finds himself at risk of a perjury charge -- even that sometimes happens.

I really don't care "what people are saying" about what has now become a criminal case, unless and until they are placed under oath. And I don't trust anyone who wants to be a juror, either. That is a somber obligation a normal person prefers not to have, but accepts out of a sense of duty. THAT'S what I think. I don't know about what you've spun out. What did you think I was saying? Yeesh.
