  4. This is what I've been saying all along. They are using a new word for sterilization and castration: "gender affirming." This is insanity. Or evil. No other possibility.

  5.  @NotAPacifist825  Untrue. The only medical decision that is entirely your own is to decline treatment, if you are conscious and competent. For anything else, you need the cooperation of other people. They have to agree to do what you want. The only unequivocal obligation they have is to save your life and stabilize your condition.
