Well said! Glorification of the worst because they found a (usually dubious) way to get rich (monopoly, planned obsolescence, etc.) has got to stop.

@Nathan-eq3zs You know, a young person in their late teens does have to make some choices about how to live their life. I can't tell them to do something clearly good, and to have solid ethics, because they could end up poor. They live in a world where even law and medicine might not cut it, where teaching is highly risky, where a doctorate is foreclosed unless you are clearly gifted, and where an engineer may end up serving the MIC, or someone like Bill Gates. Wow, who wanted to be that when they grew up?

@Nathan-eq3zs Because I am not afraid to look at information when it is available. You might start with reading the Microsoft antitrust cases, which include a history of how the company became dominant, with evidence tested in federal court. That is a splendid place to start. Just kidding. That takes work to find, and then to read. No one does that for free anymore -- not that I can blame them. I mean, don't get me wrong. I did it at the time; not claiming I would today. "Do your job any old way, and always praise the master." -- the immortal Diderot, Rameau's Nephew, my rough translation . . . :)

@SSs-lr1jq True! People care even less about spineless sycophants who crave a Boss, and are willing to proclaim anyone "Boss" to satisfy their abject need. But yeah, the jealous ones are as annoying as the ones who scream jealousy based on projection.
