In any case, lockdowns are probably justified when hospitals run out of beds and there is no room at the morgue. That seems to be the consensus. Do you agree? If there is some other way, I'm all for it. Lockdowns harm health, too.

  9.  @WeAreAllWittness  I didn't say I was for lockdowns. I said they harm health, too. Fun fact: in other countries, it is the LEFT that is demanding a discussion of alternatives to lockdown. Interesting, huh? They know lockdowns curtail liberty. Hospitals in the US are overwhelmed again, in a few hotspots. There's a worry it could get worse. What do you suggest we do to avoid that?

  10.  @WeAreAllWittness  Okay, to believe the hospitals are not overwhelmed in a few places by COVID cases, and that they were briefly overwhelmed in Queens and in northern Italy and perhaps in Iran, you have to believe not only that the tests are inaccurate and these people had other diseases, but also that a LOT of people all over the world, in different types of societies are lying. You know. Not likely. We can't ask this of hospital workers, either. Why should they do it? Why should they go through it? You are against lockdowns. Fine. I hated them. What do you suggest instead?
