  5.  @EvilMagnitude  The progressive POLICIES are absolutely what the majority wants now. It needs a candidate who is credible, who can make those policies happen. Failing that, the majority wants to be rid of Trump, but nowhere near as badly as MSM would have us believe. I sense Trump Fatigue, but not Trump Hate. He is the president, and no one in the DNC looks decisively more "presidential." Trump would likely beat Clinton again today.

I implied the candidates who espoused the progressive POLICIES most voters want -- candidates who nevertheless did not win -- lacked some measure of credibility. (Either people didn't believe they supported those progressive policies, or didn't believe they could get those policies enacted, and maybe suspected that the candidates themselves knew they couldn't. Something like that.)
