If some transman somewhere in the universe of billions of human beings gives birth, why is he not the mother? He is. This doesn't even make sense.

This is entirely misleading. They are covering up the fact that transmen are usually unable to have children. I don't like the way medical care is being sold at all.

Accusative case; "I just had me and my brother" is colloquial speech and not fundamentally incorrect. "Our family was small -- just my brother and me" is correct. As in "just us," not "just we."
