  2.  @tomcarroll4785  "You seem to see China as a socialist paradise" hardly sounds like a fan to me. There is no basis for asserting that about Iversen. If she didn't articulate it expressly, or hint very strongly, there is every reason to think that a daughter of a Vietnamese refugee mother is unlikely to think any such thing, and to pause before accusing her. Also, attacking specific statements rather than inserting anything ad hominem about what crazy thing she "seems" to believe is always preferable.

  3.  @tomcarroll4785  That all may be true about your knowledge and experience. You still have to justify your impression that she has that overly benign, naive and simplistic view.
