  2.  @charlescarter3867  People didn't ignore him. He defamed those parents, and his defamation had material consequences. Had I been one of those parents, I would have emigrated. I would have sought refugee status in UK, the EU, Canada. I would have been pro-active.

  5.  @araceliescobar1807  Where were you in Depp v. Heard? Did you even read the article alleged to be defamation? What did you think of Depp being held liable for his lawyer's speech, to the tune of $2 million? Absurd verdicts, mob justice and sheer titilation.

  6.  @harnessriscallous7466  She placed her name on the article. Did you ever read it? Depp's case-in-chief already showed that he was an abuser. The article didn't say more than that. Most of it was about being assaulted long before meeting Depp. As for Depp paying his lawyer for a specific statement, PROVE it. Lawyers are not press agents. You can't pay them to be a mouthpiece, not if they are doing their job as lawyers. (The jury reacted emotionally to the word "hoax." I guess add it to George Carlin's list.)

  9.  @harnessriscallous7466  Maybe you need to learn some legal terminology? It could be you who doesn't understand plain English. So of course you have to pretend-insult those who obviously do. Criminal law in both countries has entirely different procedures than civil law. Absent a complaint lodged in the proper way, or other evidence amounting to probable cause of a crime, why would the state in either case pursue criminal charges against anyone?

  10.  @harnessriscallous7466  Case-in-chief means that all the evidence the plaintiff presents before the defense is heard. It's what the plaintiff must do, to prove they have a case at all. Oh well. Never mind.

If they demonstrate outside a venue where Kamala Harris is speaking, do you impute their views to her? "Gee, why are false flags so easy to pull off??"

  12.  @OnimenoJason  Robert Barnes is a horrible lawyer. I find glaring mistakes in his statement of the law ALL the time. Truly sad that such frauds gain such followings. Oh well, Rev. Jim Jones was worse, and had powerful political friends.
