  1. This is all too convoluted. Most of what Trump said on January 6 may be reprehensible, but it is FIRST AMENDMENT protected. Pressuring state officials to dig up some votes, IF HE DID, is a different matter. That is tampering with the vote count.

  2.  @jgarza9809  They have Trump on video admitting he shouldn't have one of the documents at issue, and that he can no longer declassify it. Whether there is sufficient evidence to prove all other the counts is unlikely. One is all they need.
