  3. You mean like Wall Street investment bankers who gave us 2008-09 -- and even their prior bonuses, any one of which set them up for life, could not be clawed back?

  4. My! You know all this . . . how? If her book sells, then according to free market ideologues, it has value. So, what changed here? If Facebook must be worth billions, and Girls Gone Wild millions (underestimating here?), one would think her book has value as well, whether you agree with its premise or not.
