  2.  @alexjones7845  Most people in that income range who itemize do so only for their mortgage. If there is medical, that is obvious as well. These are very straightforward deductions. You don't have a number of trusts to hold your assets, some of which are not based in the US, or foreign bank accounts, I'm guessing.

You know how many elderly people I know who were briefly on disability, and had Medicare associated with that, and then they didn't switch in time to standard Medicare, or the paperwork was somehow mishandled, and now, for the rest of their lives, they will pay extra for Part B? This is a playground for the hyperrich, and it was obvious since the '90s that it would be.
