  6. ​@jayostis8839 Stop and frisk requires PRIOR reasonable suspicion. Arbitrary, racially motivated, or random stop and frisk is a Fourth Amendment violation --- but don't think "qualified immunity" won't get squeezed in to prevent the person who gets stopped and frisked from getting compensated.
