@tulefogger5169 Yeah. Actually, if she doesn't know, she has to admit it under oath. "Cringe," to quote the cliche but wow it fits.

@danielburetti4711 Did you know that other vaccines that have liability waivers also benefit from a special fund for compensation in the event of injury? It was set up in 1986, and has worked fairly well. People who have COVID vaccine injuries don't have access to that fund.

Even if OSHA had the authority, why would there be no period of public comment? None of the usual constraints are being observed.

@RealEstateTrey Tampering with VAERS to report events that never happened, or exaggerating harm, is illegal. Her testimony is not illegal IF she told the truth. But it speaks volumes . . . says nothing good.
