  3. @DungareeDong  If you know one who practices environmental law, by all means, ask that person for a recommendation for an immigration lawyer. All of these specialties requiring a knowledge of federal administrative agencies are more highly specialized than other areas of the law, and they confront similar problems. An environmental lawyer is more likely to know or know of a good immigration lawyer than a medical malpractice lawyer would. People specialize to get really good and really efficient at their jobs, and to build relationships and be more confident in predicting likely outcomes. It's not their education that is wanting. Also, law school is not that hard. It's voluminous. Anyone could pass --- which is only right. Law is supposed to be something everyone could understand, not a secret society.
