  1. What are "arms?" Do they include bullets? All types of bullets? The Second Amendment doesn't mention bullets. Does the Constitution say we can decline vaccination? Does it mention any medical procedures? Can we decline anything a doctor tells us to do, or do what they forbid? Can a state pass a law to incarcerate those who decline vaccinations or ignore doctors' orders in general, or hold them in mental hospitals, "for observation?" Does the Constitution mention cell phones? Are they in the Fourth Amendment or not? How about the trunks and glove compartments of cars? Mentioned anywhere? Birth control? Interracial marriage? The right of a fit, competent, and engaged father to block his child from being given up for adoption if he wants to raise it on his own? Show me where the Constitution mentions that stuff.
