  1. Really interesting. Based on my own extensive reading of peer-reviewed lit, I'd put organic apples and organic apricots to the top, and demote grapefruit (problematic for some) and pineapple (great in many ways, but sugary, so you can't eat a lot). No way are bananas better than apples.
