  4. I'm surprised they are serving him highly processed foods that are made to imitate the taste of meat. Have oatmeal with berries and walnuts (and pure cinnamon if you can find it). Lunch is a hummus sandwich with vegetables, and dinner a mushroom lentil soup and a big salad. And find something interesting to do so that you stop thinking about food.
