  1. I appreciate why Aaron would be very reluctant to sue, and I respect that. I hope that this time he will. TYT did this for MONEY. They have to be forced to disgorge their profits. It matters for all the journalists who do not have Aaron's stature. This was so dirty, and there are people who'll be influenced by it. Anyway, if he decides not to, I respect that decision.

Do you get anti-vax Trumpers to behave by calling them deplorable? Or better yet, racist? What would that accomplish? A better question is, what, if anything, did Gabbard do to get a handful of offensive clauses removed, to create a better resolution?

  20.  @iorr98  There are a lot of factors that go into the decision. "New York Times malice" and the Larry Flynt case would have a bearing for sure. I still hope he does sue them, and I believe they would settle. Complete impunity for TYT does not strike me like a good outcome. :/
