Just give it to him, and to all of his proven baby-mamas. And their current boyfriends or girlfriends. 😂

@TheBeefSlayer False. In America, there is no general duty to report crimes. Testimony in court can only be compelled by subpoena and immunity. Otherwise, you must appear but can invoke the Fifth Amendment. Don't get used to not being free. We already aren't free. Don't keep going down that road.

I guess we'll find out. 🤣🤣🤣

In other interviews she said she spoke with the FBI and they asked her not to address certain issues.

@andrewyoung-n8ary No, she's not a mandated reporter. There is no general duty to report crimes.

@chasthanhburns123 You are correct. But you knew that.

@TheBeefSlayer Misprision of a felony involves the active concealment of some act known to be a felony at the time a person witnessed it. In the example here, if the witness did not know whether her friend had crossed state lines, or did not know that being induced to cross state lines for this purpose is a federal crime, she cannot be convicted of misprision. Practically speaking, if she wasn't offered something of value to remain silent, at least with that tacit understanding, no US Attorney would bring charges. The Ninth Circuit ruled on this recently. This is not going to be interpreted to conflict with the Fifth Amendment. Google is not an education.

@TheBeefSlayer If you have a right to remain silent, then there will be no consequences for doing so. Or at least, no legal consequences. Your friends might not respect you anymore.

@TheBeefSlayer "Most notably, a recent decision by a panel of the Ninth Circuit in United States v. Olson (2017) explained that the mere failure to report a felony does not constitute "concealment" and is not sufficient for a charge of misprision." See?

@TheBeefSlayer Actively concealing a federal felony offense is a crime. But everyone knows that.
