  2. There is no doubt that they are not good for everyone. The human brain is far too complex, and everyone is unique. For most people, it takes 4 to 6 weeks to see improvement. I feel like, why not try 6 weeks of diet, exercise, massage, better sleep? (Why? No one has the time! I say make the time -- it is too important. It's your mind that is at stake.)

I'm an attorney and I can't get my clients who need comprehensive assistance to a competent person, never-ending what lay people can do. There are outright dangerous "therapists" out there, in active practice, no less than incompetent lawyers, etc.

  9. I just had an experience at the endodontist. They gave me a lot of epinephrine, and I'm not supposed to have that. Well, my heart raced and thumped hard, and I couldn't talk myself down, like I usually can. No traction. We waited ten minutes, then proceeded with the root canal when I could finally take it. Most people would have panicked and rushed to the ER. For me, this is an example of what I could NOT control. I could NOT control my racing, thumping heart. Not what I could control -- what I could not. I found out Monday after talking to my doctor, then calling back to the endodontist and confirming he did use epinephrine. I was mad. I'm still a bit miffed. I can't control that, either. NOR SHOULD I. Reality is first of all material. Get a clue.
