  1. There is no doubt that they are not good for everyone. The human brain is far too complex, and everyone is unique. For most people, it takes 4 to 6 weeks to see improvement. I feel like, why not try 6 weeks of diet, exercise, massage, better sleep? (Why? No one has the time! I say make the time -- it is too important. It's your mind that is at stake.)

  2. @AngelB, are you KIDDING? NO, there is not help. NO, you can't get in. I'm an attorney and I can't get my clients who need comprehensive assistance to a competent person, never-ending what lay people can do. There are outright dangerous "therapists" out there, in active practice, no less than incompetent lawyers, etc.
