  4.  @mordrid7904  Where did you find the information that the teacher recorded the student, and posted it? That wasn't stated in this video. That sounds like it would violate FERPA, and certainly violates the spirit of FERPA.

  5.  @quentinfairchild2263  He doesn't say she posted it. It says "on our Zoom." That is supposed to be a controlled access platform, only for students with the credentials/link and password to enter that class. Supposed to be. If his privacy was violated, I consider that a much bigger deal.
