Perhaps he is simply angry, because, after all, he feels that this (incredibly expensive) school is failing his daughter. He has every right to protest, like everyone else. That doesn't mean he's right. We don't know what is in Brearley's curriculum. We have not seen any of their classes, or examined the books and other materials they assign. Have we? But isn't that what intellectual openness and thinking for oneself means?
