Most people who heard him and observed him that day -- noting what he said and what he failed to say -- considered it unpresidential. That includes people in his inner circle as well as Mike Pence. I agree. But that is an opinion; there is no question that LEGALLY, it was protected speech.

Praising Hamas is legal. Waving, or burning, any flag is legal. The US is unique in the world in that way. I know of no other country with free speech laws so strong. Tucker has talked about it all week. It's a hot topic because it's CHANGING, and that's terrible.
