  1. Not necessarily. It depends on how much money they owe for "frills" like education and health care and their house. If a person can afford real necessities, and drops consumer stuff manufactured abroad, and pays off their debt load, it may turn out to be all right. Let's see what the bondholders will cook up next, to prevent those in debt from seeing this possible relief.
