  1. @Stephen W An assault weapon is one that is fully automatic or semi-automatic and of a certain size, certainly much too big to conceal and comparable in size to a rifle -- but a law must be more specific. No problem, we can do that.

  3. @KHY 001 It's clearly insufficient as a legal definition. Colloquial language is perfectly fine for ordinary discussion. This is grammar policing, just like wokesters do.
