@shap7866 I guess that when you fail to honor your promises not to expand NATO, you deliberately throw a monkey wrench into vital peace negotiations, and you seize assets and the means of payment of vital obligations, suddenly it starts to look like various conditions precedent were not met. I don't know, maybe Poots is just a tad touchy about stuff like that for some reason. He's weird.
