I had been suffering from insomnia for nearly two years when a friend of ours invited us to a traditional homemade Indian dinner. I had the best sleep I had had in many, many years. I still remember that night. This was in 1991.

@chitvankang3525 The pandemic has put me back to the same, unfortunately. But thank you, you are so kind. There is no substitute for home-cooked Indian food. I am a vegetarian, so I know! It is the best.
