@babitapandhare1889 Why do other Western countries without a death penalty have so much less homicide? There must be some ways to prevent this crime other than the death penalty. Maybe we could look into it?

@jlmoses16 Our death row that 12 factually innocent people on it, and one whose conviction was unconstitutional but his innocence was unclear. One of the innocent ones was a farmer who came home to find his parents murdered. He was a blonde-haired, blue-eyed, soft-spoken man whose brothers and sisters hired a private attorney. It took a couple of years to find the real murderer. That was in one state, a "blue" state.
