  3. Thank you. Keep in mind, however, that the right wing routinely conflates the money spent on a given sector and money that actually reaches people. Does anyone think ordinary Ukrainians are receiving any of the money allotted to Ukraine? Or that the per-pupil public education expenditures mean better textbooks and school supplies for the kids? They don't even have air conditioning during a hear wave. This propaganda has been current since Reagan. It existed before him, but most people saw through it. Post-Reagan, they lap it up.
