  2. US paws are all over this, as usual -- it is the world's second most corrupt country after Ukraine. But make no mistake, Putin bears responsibility as well. He should have secured the Donbass after 6 weeks, not still be fighting after six months. Terribly tragic all around.

  4. Yes, the US bears most of the fault by far, and it has the worst leaders in its history. But Putin is responsible as well. He should have secured the Donbass by April, not allowed Crimea to be destroyed in August. This war should have been over months ago.
