@timogul False. It's exactly the opposite. The drugs are not generally indicated, because in most cases the risk significantly outweighs any expected benefit. But if the Court doesn't strike down the statute, then no one can have it, regardless of individual need. The point of the question was that the brief provided incorrect information to the Supreme Court. Way to go . . . .

@StephaneVorstellung If Set A contains many more elements than Set B, and an attorney arguing before the United States Supreme Court swears that Set B contains vastly more elements than Set A, and everyone knows it's true, then at the very least, she does not know more than he does.
