  1. Removing a post that may not be First Amendment-protected, because it may fall into one of the categories that are not usually protected, but without waiting for adjudication, is fine. It's a judgment call, but platforms have a right to make it. Banning the speaker entirely is different because it is a prior restraint. Musk is wrong to ban people without using the separate prior restraint standard, which is much harder to meet, as it should be.
