Antitrust, tortious interference with contract, acting as a government agent in violating First Amendment rights . . . ? Really not sure. A complaint could include all reasonably arguable theories in separate counts.

  16. I'm seeing Glenn's fundamental point: the lies woven to support Biden cannot be justified because Trump is so awful (he is). The only problem the mainstream press and the DNC had with Trump all along was that he was not "one of them." They had no problem with Harvey Weinstein or with Jeffrey Epstein when they were still serviceable.
