@gherieg.1091 So end the embargo. Let them fail all by themselves. I though the US "believed" in "free" markets. So, drop all embargoes everywhere, except for armaments.

They have less stuff. They are also vulnerable to economic downturns whenever there is any issue with their few main exports, because they're an island and lack economic diversity. Most of the Caribbean needs tourism (or tax shelters for millionaires) to live. Cuba is better than that.

@gherieg.1091 Cuba is going to expand to conquer the Americas? No, it's capital that cannot rest, that must exploit every conceivable market, and find new markets (reverse mortgages, private parking meters, private jails and prisons, private police and private armies). It cannot stop or slow its growth without dying. Look who thinks this is a video game -- the person who brought it up.
