@johnf.1969 Actually, Brandenburg holds that in the abstract, you do have a right to call for genocide. Read the case. Read Nadine Strossen. She'll explain it to you. People routinely call for getting rid of blacks and Latinos. You're telling me you don't know? You've never heard it or seen it on the Internet? No one can be arrested for that. People have the right not to frequent someone who says such vile, odious things, but you'd be surprised how many friends they often have.
