Various therapies can arrest the progression, greatly reduce the tumor load, and kill cancer cells while sparing normal ones. The rest is up to your body. There will never be "one" cure for cancer. It is too complex and idiosyncratic. Special diets have a history of working in some people -- relatively rarely, but incontrovertibly. There are plenty of case studies dating back decades that have documented it.
